Biography
Since Jan 2016: Postdoc at CNR-NANO, NEST Laboratory, Pisa, Jan 2015 – Dec 2015: Postdoc at Università degli Studi di Genova, March 6th 2015: PhD in Physics at Università degli Studi di Genova. Thesis title: “Novel functionalities in the LaAlO3/SrTiO3 interface”. Jan 2012 – Jan 2014: PhD Student in Physics at Università degli Studi di Genova, in collaboration with CNR-SPIN, Oct 2009 – Oct 2011: Master degree in Physics at Università degli Studi di Genova, Sept 2006 – Oct 2009: Bachelor degree in Physics at Università degli Studi di Genova.
Research Interest
Electronic properties of 2D functional materials and layered oxides. Device fabrication, mainly through Electron beam lithography. Low temperature magenotransport, thermoelectricity.
