Biography
Flavio Crippa graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the State University of Milan in 1979. He has previously held teaching activities (Human Physiology Applied to Sport and Endocrinology) at the Faculty of Sports Sciences of the Catholic University of Milan. Since 1981 he has been performing full-time clinical diagnostic and full-time research at the Nuclear Medicine Institute of the IRCCS Foundation, the National Cancer Institute of Milan, since the beginning of his career in functional imaging, with particular emphasis on the biological characterization of tumors and to the evaluation of the therapeutic response.
