Biography
Enrico has most recently been Co–Head of Investment Banking Italy & Chairman of EMEA Automotive for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to his current roles, he was Head of M&A Italy and had pan-European industry coverage responsibility for the Capital Goods industry. Enrico started his investment banking career at Merrill Lynch in 1995 and has worked in Milan, London, Singapore and Seoul. Over a 17-year career, Enrico has assisted clients on noteworthy strategic transactions and financings, a number of which have been awarded “Deal of the Year” honors
