Barbara Falcomer is an experienced manager, having 25+ years experience in global companies operating in different markets: from books publishing to electronics B2B, from mass-market cosmetics to luxury products, all connected by the same obsession for customer satisfaction and for details. Barbara holds an Executive MBA at INSEAD (Fontainebleau) as well as an MBA in Marketing and Corporate Communication (Publitalia ’80- Milan), after a Degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures at Università degli Studi “Ca’ Foscari” in Venice. Barbara cumulated years of experience in sales and marketing departments of global companies such as Mediaset, Beiersdorf, Coty Inc. and in the last 13 years in Montblanc (RIchemont Group) where she was CEO/Managing Director for the Italian subsidiary
