Stefano Fermani

Biography

Stefano Fermani has been working in the Executive Search field for more than fifteen years After five years in the Financial Control function of a US Oil Corporation, in 1991, Stefano was involved in the start up of the Italian office of Nicholson International. He subsequently established operating offices in four countries including Romania, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary. In 1995 he moved to Belgium to develop and run the new office in Brussels which rapidly became an important business exporter for the European network. In the 2000 after his return to Italy he successfully managed the transfer of the unit in the Alexander Mann group. Becoming in 2001 the COO for the South Europe, managing Italy Spain and France. Founder of Beaumont Karlson International has developed wide relationships and knowledge in the Advanced Technology, FMCG and Finance Sectors. During his career, Stefano has been involved in numerous searches for executives for positions in Italy, Belgium, Holland, New Europe, the United Kingdom, Spain, France and CIS.
