Biography

 I’m a Senior Mechanical Engineer (53 years old), with 30 years of professional experience, run in national and multinational companies, with always growing technical and managerial responsibilities, together with significant executive consulting; I’ve lived dynamic situations such as start-ups, shake-ups, acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations, industrial conversions and processes re-engineering, both in Operations and Sales & Marketing fields, where I’ve been in condition to show enterprise and ability in Organization. I’ve also developed significant competences in fields different from the technical one (such as Financial, Administrative and Legal); not less significant is my experience in terms of relation and negotiation, both internal and external (that means to both company base and top management, as well as to Unions, Territory and Community), in an international environment that has brought me to travel and relate with many countries in the 5 continents. 

Research Interest

 Among my personal abilities I would underline the staff management, while among my peculiar characteristics I will highlight commitment and risk taking capability, driven by a "lean coaching" approach (lean methodology together with coaching approach to develop people potential). I’ve developed and consolidated “lean” experiences in different contests, particularly in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, with particular attention to risk assessment (FMEA, FMECA).  I'm a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certified Project Manager. I'm qualified as RSPP (Responsible person for Service of Prevention and Protection) according to Italian Decree 81/08 about Safety Prevention and Protection in the workplaces.
