Biography
"Born in 1964, she graduated with honors in Psychology at the University of Rome ""La Sapienza"" in 1989, focusing mainly in the areas related to research and development of personnel. At the same University, she attended post-graduate courses’ degree in ""Psycho-diagnostic techniques"", ""Psychology of Advertising"" and ""Psycho-social training”. She started working in 1989 in Milan at a Tour Operator, where she participated in the design of promotional and advertising initiatives and managed relations with the specialist press offices. Since 1990 up to 1998 she has conducted recruitment and selection of qualified personnel activities, training on communication issues initiatives, appraisal and compensation processes, market research for measuring customers’satisfaction, at a consulting firm dealing with national and multinational clients, public and private. She holds her current role at KT - Kinetics Technology since October 1998 and manages also for the subsidiaries all the activities - recruitment, training, development, payroll administration - related to Human Resources and General Services area."
