Biography

 Mario A. Varon Garrido, is co-founder of socialBaq and a Fellow at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness of LIUC University Cattaneo, Italy. He has experience working with non-profit and social enterprises in Colombia, India and United States; and as a Social Innovation Advisor for the National Agency for Overcoming Extreme Poverty (Anspe) in Colombia. He has been selected as Design Impact and Starting Bloc Social Innovation Fellow, and by the World Economic Forum as part of their Global Shapers Community. He recently graduated Cum Laude in the Master in Business Design from Domus Academy.  Mario A. Research Interest

Lesson planning, preparation, research and facilitation for the courses of: Entrepreneurship, Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship; and Inside Tech Ventures. Workshop facilitation in innovation, design thinking, business storytelling and entrepreneurship.
