Biography

Mr. Ido Warshavski, Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, joined Lumenis in December 2014. Mr. Warshavski brings to Lumenis extensive and diversified legal experience in private and corporate environments. Prior to joining Lumenis he served for a decade as the chief legal officer (most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary) of Given Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: GIVN) – the pioneer of capsule endoscopy and a world leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of medical devices in the gastrointestinal field. At Given Imaging, Mr. Warshavski had built and managed the global legal/IP & compliance function with responsibility over all legal, intellectual property and compliance activities
