Biography
Dale Friedrichs is vice president of global Health, Safety, Environment and Security for LyondellBasell, one of the world’s largest plastics, chemicals and refining companies. He is responsible for oversight of the company’s Operational Excellence function, personal and process safety, environment, security, health, and product stewardship. He has held leadership positions in Safety, Environmental, Maintenance and Production with LyondellBasell and predecessor companies. He has served as site manager at six LyondellBasell manufacturing locations in the last 10 years. He serves on the board of the Galveston Bay Foundation and the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with B.S. degrees in Ocean Engineering and Civil Engineering.
