Biography

Member of the Executive Leadership Team for LivaNova, PLC reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.  Responsible for comprehensive regional oversight of business activities within the United States & Canada for all LivaNova Franchises. Responsibility & management of North American P&L and Director of North American senior management team to ensure the attainment of financial & strategic business goals.  Responsible for establishing objectives, plans, and budgets with the regional leadership team and for setting the strategic direction and guidelines implemented within the Region.  Current responsibilities consist of ~1,600 employees ~ $600M in annual revenue & 3 manufacturing facilities. General Manager, Neuromodulation:  1/16 – Present Member of the Executive Leadership Team for LivaNova, PLC reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.  Responsible for overseeing all global marketing and R&D activities within the Neuromodulation Franchise.  Responsible for managing the product portfolio strategy within the Franchise & ownership of the 5 year neuromodulation strategic plan.  Responsibilities focused on business growth in the neuromodulation market space, primarily through effective management of the existing portfolio and new product launches, while driving collaboration with peer leaders across Market Access, Operations, Clinical and Regulatory Affairs as well as all the Regions.  Work includes identifying/exploring new product development & business development opportunities that drive sustainable growth in existing and adjacent market spaces within the key reference segments.  Accountable for the attainment of current and long-range objectives of the Franchise and for the development of the Franchise leadership team. Current neuromodulation team consists of ~650 employees, ~$350M in annual revenue, ~70 countries.
