Biography

  Experienced manager in Business Development, Licensing, Supply Chain and Operations I am an experienced manager in various business areas (operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, contract manufacturing, sales, business development, licensing, alliance management). I’ve a deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector, both Italian and European. I've worked with multinational companies, both in Italy and abroad, and in start-up (even outside of the pharmaceutical industry). I've strong experience in work organisation, process management, teamwork, project management and networking. I have worked with American, British, Germans and Indians: my humbly allows me to interact with others and it makes me attentive to the nuances and to the needs of others (whether the customers, colleagues and collaborators). I have a background in Business Administration and I’m a real person. I think the formula for success in life, as in business, is a product and not a sum and so I always try to maximize my skills and motivation. I'm honest, results-oriented, curious and I love to take on new challenges. Commitment, sense of duty and timeliness inspire my work and private life.
