Daria

Biography

Daria was awarded a degree in law with the highest grades from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and she is qualified in Italy. She began her career in 1995 with the law and tax firm Studio Associato Legale e Tributario (a correspondent of Ernst & Young International), where she worked as a legal adviser to major Italian and multinational companies mainly in the area of company law and commercial contracts. She continued her career in 2000 in the legal and corporate affairs office of the multinational group Giochi Preziosi, where she worked mainly on international contracts and mergers and acquisitions. In 2002 she joined Recordati as Head of Legal Affairs at the Parent Company and she was appointed to her present position as Head of Corporate Legal Affairs for the Group as a whole in 2011
