Biography
Barbara Baggiani is a molecular biologist by degree with more than 15 years of experience in International Marketing and Business Development both in the Life Science and Diagnostics industry. She started her career as a Product Specialist (Eurogentec Liege, Belgium; Pharmacia-Biacore Uppsala, Sweden). In 2001 she was New Products & New Business Manager in the Business Development Department at A. Menarini Diagnostics, (Menarini Group Florence, Italy). In 2009 she joined A. Menarini Diagnostics Marketing Team as International Senior Product Manager in charge of Molecular Biology and Oncology Screening systems. In 2013, soon after Menarini Group acquisition, she joined Silicon Biosystems as Marketing Manager. Since 2015 she has been Chief Marketing Officer at Silicon Biosystems.
