I'm an engineer, work in marketing areas from a long time period. And I'm musician too, pianist and conductor of orchestra and choir. So, technology, communications and "languages" are key in my daily activity. This is my passion, for the empowerment, in a continuos learning. Director of Digital Marketing and Social media • Development and execution of comprehensive, digital marketing and social strategy. Focus of all online properties with integration across products/audience to insure consistent customer experience. Management of a staff of 12 employees (external vendors) and digital agency relationships • Managing Microsoft Store to build quality customer databases and touch points, owned and operated partnerships to leverage other email/social databases to amplify retail messaging. Activate partnership with local players to amplify retail messaging. Management of demand generation including Display, Social Media, Promotional Email, Lifecycle Email/Loyalty Programs, CRM and emerging channels • Overseeing all social media marketing efforts for Microsoft ecosystem. This includes social media strategy, management of social media presences; content development, customer engagement, monitoring/listening and social media promotions • Partnering with Merchandising, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams to build strategy and campaign plans. Coordination with PR agencies to identify and engage with local influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates in the social sphere; manage local influencers, bloggers, brand advocates to help drive traffic & support local sustained program
