From 1st January 2017 I also support the Italian Digital Lead as Digital Marketing support for all the Microsoft lines of business. Main tasks as Digital support: - Improve and develops on-line CDS retail partners’ digital capabilities - Drives and improves MS’s on-line visibility and consumer EXPERIENCE, plus MS’s digital product distribution - Ensure execution as per Corp guidelines (SEO, Demand Gen, Ratings and Reviews, CRM and loyalty program) - Provides professional support to all online activities of the CDS marketing team Main tasks as Xbox Channel Marketing Specialist: ï‚§ - Planning and execution with sales and marketing team, engage retail partners (VGS, CES, E-tailer) and deliver programs - Own and project manage marketing plans (both instore and online, including POP material management), validating the correct plan for each assigned account to drive sell-through, optimize cost effectiveness and deliver the right consumer experience. - Develop of tactics and strategies for store animation (right products assortment, worth visibility of Xbox brand – including all categories: Consoles, games, accessories, Xbox Live and C2C). - Relations with Field Force to guarantee Xbox execution on store; relations with clients HQ (MSH, Unieuro, Euronics, Gamestop and Breadth) ï‚§ - Responsibly budget and allocate funds based on result of analysis and in alignment with the partner’s and Microsoft’s goals. - Maximize ROI on activities by measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns and promotions performance.
