Main activities and responsibilities for the role are: project manage the country change v-team, lead the weekly meeting and be the contact for all the change related activities; coordinate the change implementation plan for the country covering people, process and technology; provide feedback to the GM, support the GM to ensure all parts of the business deliver the changes and evolve behaviors across the business to support the change; facilitate team meetings and engage with large audiences, creating a compelling case for change, bringing people on the journey and maintaining positivity; apply local knowledge about people, culture and processes to bring meaning to the change approach and build a strong network with the other country transformation leaders.
