I am a tri-lingual multi-talented senior HR leader with a proven track record in operating at both strategic and operational levels, nationally and globally, who excels in fast-moving environments. Moreover, having worked as a HR Manager for Unilever, for Vodafone, for Artsana (Chicco brand) and Ariston Thermo, in a variety of national and international sectors and industries, I have the understanding and knowledge of the different working cultures and their needs. I am adaptable and flexible, with a “can do” frame of mind; dedicated to each role with an innovative and pragmatic approach, and the ability to inspire and enthuse others. Key Skills include people management and the ability to create and implement Human Resources interventions in order to meet the needs and objectives of the business, develop successful relationships across organization and build teams and foster open communications. The HR director Italy is responsible to translating the strategic objectives into a tailor-made HR plan and is accountable for the successful planning and delivery of all HR programs and processes for the entire Italian organization reporting both to the CEO Italy and to the WE Senior HR Director. Overall responsibility for 1000 people. Team management of 15 HR people based in Milan.
