Biography
Cynthia Marina Giuliani joined MolMed as our director of human resources in February 2008. She has 20 years experience in human resources, gained in multinational and biotech companies such as Roche and Liebert Hiross, and most recently in BioXell. From 1988 to 1997 she worked for Roche in numerous human resources related functions. From 1998 to 2000 she worked as a consultant to a variety of companies. From 2000 to 2002 she worked for Liebert HIROSS S.p.A as that company’s European development manager, focusing on the recruitment and continuing education of personnel. Finally, before joining MolMed, Cynthia Giuliani worked for Bioxell, another biotechnology company, as the human resources director, responsible for the management, development and organisation of its human resources function. Cynthia Giuliani received her BA Honours degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. Cynthia Marina Giuliani joined MolMed as our director of human resources in February 2008.
