N. Ringenberg

Biography

Nicole Ringenberg is Vice President and Controller of Monsanto Company, where she oversees financial reporting, internal controls and financial analysis and planning.  In this capacity, she is responsible for centralizing and standardizing global business processes to help the company better serve farmers around the world with technology-based solutions and agricultural products that improve farm productivity. Nicole began her career at Monsanto more than 30 years ago as a member of the global internal audit team.  Over the course of her career she has served as Vice President, Finance and Operations for the global commercial business, Vice President of the international commercial organization in Asia Pacific, and general auditor.  Her work has taken her to five of the six continents where Monsanto operates. Nicole is a resident of St. Louis, where she serves on the board of directors for the American Red Cross and St. Louis Zoo.  She was recognized as a YWCA Leader of Distinction in 2013 and University of South Carolina Distinguished Alumni in 2010.   Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a master’s in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
