Process and responsibilities: • Manage all steps in Supply Chain for a portfolio of existing products; • Coordinator of Local S&OP meeting Call and Meeting: weekly call with Regional Quality dept.; Daily call with Supply Chain HUB; Projects: • Revision and improvement of local logistics processes with development of a model and management tools in SAP-R3. Processes and activities: review of the model to define medium and long-term requirements, potential write-offs, development of reports, queries and control tools. In the previous month: • Launch of new products: in coordination with Italian and corporate departments activity aimed at launching new molecules. • KPI on Inventory; net requirement; aging & potential write –off; • Coordination with Regulatory Affairs for artwork and phase-in / phase-out.
