  National Sales Manager at Mylan I have covered various roles: Rep - Products Specialist - District Manager - Sales and Marketing Manager - Market Access Manager -Regional Business Manager and now National Sales Manger. I have acquired a global vision that allows me to anticipate the changes that this market requires. I have consolidated one remarkable experience in the management of the human resources, as Reps and District Managers for prescrition ,Area Managers and Gss for Pharmacy Channel. I've Developed an optimal ability to guide, leadership, of problem solving and organizational.  They come to me recognized optimal abilities to create enthusiasm and motivation. I have acquired competences in various markets of reference from a that “more aggressive” like the cardiometabolic , of the neuroscience, of the Ginecology ,of the Dermatology to that one “more selective” like the market of the Cystic Fibrosis and the Exsocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency.  Large capacity to relation has concurred to me to establish a solid partner relationship with the various Stakeholders as Istitutional Health Authorities, Medical Specialists, Key Opinion Leaders, Gp's, Pharmacists,Scientific Societies and Associations of the Patients .  This job concurs to me to put to fruit the natural abilities of analysis oriented to action plan coherent and effective, of public speaking and mobility tied to the frequent transfers in national territory and foreign.  The described experience and competences are and continue to being fed from the true added value that i have the fortune to possess… the passion for all which I make.
