  Packaging & Label Change Manager at Mylan extensive international experience in the artworks development and management. Assure that Label Change Requests implementation has minimal impact on the supply chain and on Market who may share the packaging. Manage and supervise the preparation and implementation of technical documentation and procedures for the Packaging & Label Management department. Assure the compliance of activities and processes managed by PLM in line with local procedure. Assure the integration of new & existing product along the supply chain, in order to fulfill the customer demands, optimizing the timing for packaging material changes, guarantying cost effectiveness, reducing scrap of packaging materials, according to local legislation and manufacturing and logistic constraints. Assure designing, development, analysis of capabilities reports and the continuously monitoring of Artwork Management System (Agile) / Label Change Request process performance to identify improvements. I have consistently proved all fundamental leadership traits and key personality characteristics like decisiveness, energy, commitment, loyalty and integrity.
