Biography
Herb serves as the national program leader for entomology, providing leadership for research and extension efforts to develop integrated pest management strategies for urban areas and production agriculture. He is the program director for two program areas of the Crop Protection and Pest Management Program (Applied Research and Development, and Regional Coordination/Regional Integrated Pest Management Centers) and the Methyl Bromide Transition Program.
