Biography
Lucia has a Ph.D. in Ecology and Biological Resources Management at the University of Tuscia (2009). He is currently responsible for the group "Marine Ecology and Conservation" at IAMC-CNR in Oristano. He has been responsible for the conservation and management of fish fauna for many years and is the scientific director of the Oristano Sea Turtle Recovery Center (CReS) with the involvement of RAS and AMP in a Regional Network. He has participated in several European Projects for the Study of Protected Marine Areas (EMPAFISH, AMPAMED, MAPUCHE) by studying behavioral indicators in fish fauna for quantifying the Reserve Effect. Previously he has been involved in eco-physiology of fish species with field and laboratory work (ETOFISH, STM).
