 Professional with 9 years of career developed in Human Resources, Personnel Administration and Process Mapping. Acting with DP and HR restructuring in companies from different sectors. Knowledge of all subsystems of HR and DP, strong performance with Fopag, R & S, great experience as a PMO in DP and HR projects. Ease of working independently and focused on results.Development and implementation of projects in the area of ​​HR and DP;  • Responsible for the support in the elaboration of the planning, execution and control of projects: management of the documentation of the projects, workshops, planning of the activities and management of the schedules;  • Review of Payroll controls for SOX and adequacy of labor policies;  • Elaboration and implementation of the subsystems: Admission, Resignation, Support in the Restructuring of Fopag; Recruitment and Selection, Promotion, Benefits, Performance Evaluation, New Employee Integration, Training and Development and Employee Census, Climate / Diagnostic Research, Positions and Salaries and Remuneration and Benefits, Internal Communication, Management Indicators, Young Talents Program , HR and DP policies and procedures; • Responsible for Employee Registry, cost center review, accounting support for Fopag negotiations, exchange of files for database between systems and bank;  • Mapping, restructuring and review of DP processes through the elaboration of processes and flowcharts, matrix of responsibilities, procedure / narrative and matrix of risks, controls and opportunities for improvement;  • Support and follow-up on change management front.
