 An experienced healthcare executive with a track record for delivering exceptional results in challenging market environments. The reason that I have enjoyed success over the past 15 years as a Medical Device Executive is because of the high caliber teams I build and the strategic focus I bring to an organization. Some of my recent key accomplishments are highlighted below: • Led the business from a five year running profit loss to a position of increased profitability each year since taking over in 2004. • Practice a disciplined strategic approach to drive rapid market expansion leading to greater than 40% CAGR while in my last role as President & General Manager  • Successfully moved a challenged business from California to Dallas with impressive employee retention rates (50%) and no business interruptions for our customers.
