I have gained 10 years of experience in Customer Service at Italian and multinational companies in different markets, sizes and businesses. My customer-focused business is broad-based, from order management to first step technical assistance, from interviews with government agencies to end up with direct sales of some specific products. In the current role of Customer Service Manager, the constant and active relationship with the national sales network to achieve target sales targets is a key factor.
