Biography

From January 2009: PROMETEO Lab, Rizzoli RIT Department. From October 2008 to December 2008: Medical Technology Lab, Rizzoli Orthopaedic Institute. From January to October 2006: National Research grant in Neurophysiology at the Department of Biology, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy.January 2005: Grant in Neurophysiology at the Department of Biology, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy.January 2003 - January 2005: Assignation of a National Research grant in Neurophysiology at the Department of Biology, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy.2000-2004: PhD fellowship in Molecular Biology and Physiology at the Department of Biology, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy. During this period she availed of three research grants and one research recognition by the University of Bologna. In March 2004 she disserted her PhD thesis. March - December 1999: Grant as clinical data manager for oncological sperimental studies at the Infermi Hospital, Rimini, Italy.

Research Interest

Osteon classification in human femur, tibia and fibula shaft by circularly polarized light. IV International Conference on Computational Bioengineering. Detection by an ex novo synthetised antibody and biochemical characterization of purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) in the rat brain.
