Biography
Ester Marotta graduated in Chemistry in 2000 at the University of Padua. He received his PhD in Chemistry at the University of Padua (2004) with a thesis on the study of mechanisms of organic reactions with mass spectrometry methods for which he received the "DSM-SCI 2004" , Recognition of the mass spectrometry division of the Italian chemical company for the best experimental work in the field of mass spectrometry carried out by a young researcher. During his doctoral studies, he spent periods abroad at Purdue University in Lafayette (IN, USA), where he worked in conjunction with Prof. RG Cooks and Bremen at the research laboratories of Bruker Daltonics.
