Biography
Formative and Professional Course :1975: Graduate in Agricultural Sciences at the University of Padova ;1975-1976: Alternate Assistant at the Chair of Genetic Improvement of Agrarian Plants of the Institute of General Agronomy and Herbaceous Cultures at the University of Padua ;1976-1987 Researcher Of the CNR at the Center for Studying Herbs at the University of Padua hosted by the Institute of General Agronomy and Herbaceous Cultures ;1987 Associate Professor at the Institute of General Agronomy and Herbaceous Cultivators of the University of Padua .2001 Ordinary Professor at the Department of Agronomy Environmental and Plant Production of the University of Padua .2 - Scientific Activity:Prof. Zanin has dealt with essentially issues related to herbicides and herbicides. He has studied the biology and ecology of mites, the competition between mites and cultivation, the effect of agronomic practices on the dynamics of weed flora, with particular reference to resistance phenomena, the environmental destiny of herbicides. Lastly, Prof. Zanin's interest is focused on the development of models for predicting the emergence of dermatitis and on the study of systems to reduce the contamination of surface and ground water from pesticides (buffer bands, biobed).
