Biography
Luigi Gallo is a Research Scientist at the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), Institute for High-Performance Computing and Networking (ICAR), and an Adjunct Professor of Informatics at the University of Naples "Federico II".His research interest includes computer vision, natural user interfaces and human interface aspects of virtual and augmented reality.He has received an M.Eng. in Computer Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Naples "Federico II" and a Ph.D. degree in Information Technology Engineering at the University of Naples "Parthenope".He holds leadership roles within funded research projects in the fields of ICT for cultural heritage applications and medical informatics.
