Biography
He graduated in Agricultural Sciences on March 29, 1977, discussing the thesis "Absorption of iron in oats" with Professor A.Maggioni, at the University of Padua. It was: CNR fellow at the Institute of Agricultural Chemistry from 1 October 1977 to 19 November 1981; researcher from 20 November 1981 to 14 July 1987; Associate Professor in Soil Chemistry at the University of Reggio Calabria from July 15, 1987 to October 31, 1990; associate professor confirmed in Forest Pedology from 1 November 1990 to 31 October 1994 at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Padua; associate professor confirmed in Forest Chemistry from 1 November 1994 to 31 October 1996 at the University of Padua; from 1 November 1996 onwards associate professor confirmed in Chemistry of Soil at the University of Padua; since February 28, 2000 he was a professor of soil chemistry at the University of Padua; since February 28, 2003 he is an ordinary professor at the same headquarters.
