Biography

Currently I’m Multichannel Marketing Country Lead Italy coordinating the development of Digital marketing strategies according with regional and global guidelines. Previously I was Country Marketing Lead Ophthalmology (Oftalmologia), Oncology (Oncologia) & Food Supplement (Integratori Alimentari) in Pfizer Italy with high focus on budget management and portfolio analysis, strategic plan, customer management, people management, digital marketing strategy. Before I’ve worked as Business Development Senior Manager, in charge of business implementation of Pfizer Generics Brands with high focus on negotiation with 3rd part, business plan, P&L evaluation, Licensing in/out, Product launch Previously I’ve worked for 3 years as Customer Intelligence Manager in Pfizer European Business Effectiveness organization responsible for Italy and Greece countries where I’ve gathered a significant knowledge in Health Care environment, customer analysis and segmentation, market research, market access providing strategic support to drive the implementation of customer facing projects both at local and European level. This last role has enriched a lot my previous experience as Regional Market Intelligence Advisor in Pfizer Italy where I accumulated a deep and specific knowledge in business analysis, business planning and data analysis to monitor sales force performance at local level.

Research Interest

 I started my professional career in Information Technology (IT) at first in a big software house (Tecsiel), then in Philip Morris Italy as Business Analyst reaching a significant expertise in project management following the implementation of business processes and technology solutions to support and improve sales activities. Successively, when I joined Pfizer in 1998, I become Field Force Project Manager in IT department (data management and business intelligence platforms) Personal attitudes: innovation, creativity, flexibility, results oriented, social relationship, decision maker, organization.
