Biography
Born in Seriate (Bergamo) on 19 August 1953. He graduated in Chemical Engineering and began his professional career in 1972 at the Linificio Canapificio Nazionale di Bergamo. From 1973 he devoted himself, for about six years, to teaching chemistry and laboratory at the Industrial Technical Institute of Bergamo and in 1979 he joined the company as a process engineer. Within the company he held various roles until becoming, in 2000, responsible for the maleic anhydride sector and derivatives and catalysts. Since February 2007 he has been the General Manager of Operations.
