Biography
Antonia is a partner of the the law firm Portolano Colella Cavallo which joined in 2008. Before that, she worked at Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners in London and Milan, assisting Italian and foreign clients mostly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity operations and joint venture agreements. She has more than 15 years of experience on those matters. In recent years she also developed a strong expertise with respect to venture capital transactions and startups, mainly in the digital and IT sectors. Antonia is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars on mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, venture capital investments and startups. Antonia has authored various articles on the above subject matters, which have appeared in a number of newsletters and online magazines.
