Biography

Coming from a humanistic background, I found personal and professional fulfillment in the Industrial Technology sector. My education paired with a rich working experience and personal interests makes me capable of an out-of-the-box approach in my daily work. I'm aware and eclectic. I sincerely think that the secret of doing a good job is loving what you do, and I love working in the industrial technology sector. I have a complete and certified technical education, covering the major technologies used in the business: Cisco, Microsoft, Linux, IT security, ITIL and work experience that backs it up. I worked in a number of major multinational corporations, Huntsman, Novartis and GSK.   Novartis My primary duty is to assure smooth operation, fast problem-solving rates and process optimization for the business IT in day-to-day operation. I manage some Infrastructure services (file shares, backups, network monitoring) and daily interact with external vendors and internal stakeholders. I provide project support and work on its implementation. I write documentation for the Service Desk usage and structure new processes, implementing best practices and providing value for the business. My goal is to understand the service requirements thoroughly, preventing bottlenecks and problems from occurring, while maintaining the IT services as streamlined and responsive as possible. Being employed in the pharmaceutical industry, I daily operate under GxP, GMP and SOX standards.
