He is having Twenty-five years experience in clinical research and 14 years experience in oncology. Actual role of Line Manager plus 7 years experience as Project Manager and, prior to that, 4 years as a Clinical Team Leader leading multinational studies European and pan-European in oncology. Also Significant experience in oncology (breast cancer, brain tumor, colon rectal cancer, small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer), respiratory diseases and allergy (asthma, COPD, allergic rhinitis), gastroenterology (GERD) and anti-infective in patients after renal transplant. Current responsibilities include liasing with the clients in the role of Customer Relationship Management to ensuring customer satisfaction through consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations, delivery high quality project work which matches with the customer's perception and steps to Good Customer Management.
