Biography
Finzi holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Finance from the Bocconi University (Milan). After an initial experience in investment banking, he began his corporate career as an M&A Analyst at Barilla, where he took part in a number of deals. In 2005, he joined the Corporate Development department at Recordati where he has been assigned increasing responsibilities and has completed several acquisitions; he was appointed Group Business Development Director in 2012 and, in September 2016, Vice President Corporate Development.
