Biography

Finzi holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Finance from the Bocconi University (Milan). After an initial experience in investment banking, he began his corporate career as an M&A Analyst at Barilla, where he took part in a number of deals. In 2005, he joined Siemens Italy to set up the local M&A department; subsequently he became responsible for the financial planning of the South West Europe region of Siemens Medical Solutions. In 2008 he joined the Corporate Development department at Recordati where he has been assigned increasing responsibilities and has completed several acquisitions
