Biography

Giuseppe Gualazzini was born in Fornovo di Taro (PR) in 1959 and has more than thirty years of experience in international human resources management: after initial activity at IBM, he worked in Organizational Development at AGIP (ENI Group), Organization at Alivar (SME Group) and Staffing & Development at Boehringer Ingelheim; in 1989 he joined GE Medical Systems Italy (General Electric Group) as Staffing and Development Manager, then he became Plant HR Manager, Country HR Manager and finally, in 1995, he was appointed Region Human Resources Manager for Italy, Greece and Turkey. In GE Group he was involved in all European HR projects of the Medical Systems business.
