Biography
Born on April 6, 1956 in Verbania (VCO), Tertiary Director, in 1975 he became Adviser at the Municipal Council of Verbania, where he was the Councilor for Urbanism and Social Policies for nine years and then mayor of Verbania from 1993 to 2004. In 2005 he was elected for the first time at the Regional Council with the DS and joined the PD Group established in November 2007. Re-elected in 2010, he was chairman of the PD regional group in the last legislature.
