Biography
Born in Novara on July 5, 1965, he graduated in 1990 in Literature and Philosophy at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan. After having worked for the Civic Service at Caritas in Novara, he works for a year as a community operator at the Samuel Samuel in Cerano (Novara). Since 1991 he has taught Novara first at the Classical Sanctuary in Rome and later at the Carlo Alberto State High School. In 2006 he was elected for the first time at the Municipal Council in Novara, where since 2007 he has served as PD's Parent Company for four years and since 2011 as the Councilor for Social Policies.
