Biography
Kevin Frank, a valuable member of the Vegreville Emergency Services team, has won the 2011 NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) David Gratz scholarship. Kevin Frank has been a volunteer firefighter with Vegreville Emergency Services since 2007; he is currently a PhD student at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. The members of Vegreville Emergency Services would like to congratulate Kevin Frank on receiving the prestigious NFPA David Gratz scholarship for world-wide development of graduate students in the area of fire science. Kevin has dedicated his university studies to the area of life safety and fire protection to ensure families and business are safe.
