Nicla Picchi

Biography

 Degree in Law at the University “Statale” of Milan. Founding partner of the Picchi&Associati law firm, she manages the areas of business law, industrial law, EU and international trade law. She has taken care of a considerable number of internationalization strategies, on behalf of Italian companies, worldwide. She has been involved in the negotiation of complex international transactions and drafting the relative contracts (licenses, technology transfers, R&D, sales of machinery and plants, cooperation understandings). In the field of product liability and product safety, she has been responsible for the legal aspects of international product recall campaigns and liaison with the competent authorities. She coordinates and manages the Division responsible for implementing models of organisation, management and surveillance pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 and has considerable experience in this field, being the president of Surveillance Bodies for various companies (sectors: banking, insurance and manufacturing).
