Alessandro De Rosa

Biography

Mr De Rosa has served as Deputy General Manager, Administration, Finance and Planning of Salini Impregilo (formerly Impregilo) since August 2013. The holder of a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Naples, he is licensed to practise as a certified public accountant and has been listed in the Register of Independent Auditors since 1984. After beginning his career as an independent auditor and financial analyst, he has held various positions including Senior Consultant and Financial Analyst at Fidimi Consulting S.p.A., I.M.I Group; executive at Sigma-Tau Finanziaria; Administration, Finance, Control and Personnel Manager at Avantgarde S.p.A.; Administration and Control Manager at Sigma-Tau Industrie; Finance Manager at Thomson-CSF Electronic Systems Italia S.p.A.; CFO of Marconi Communications Italia S.p.A.; CFO of AMS S.p.A. Italia and CFO of Telespazio S.p.A.
