Marc Wolff 

Biography

Marc Wolff joined us in January 2015 as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has more than sixteen years of experience in the life sciences industry in various global finance leadership and general management roles. Prior to joining us, from October 2013 to June 2014, Mr. Wolff served as Chief Financial Officer of JHP Pharmaceuticals, LLC, or JHP, a fully integrated specialty pharmaceutical company that acquires, develops, manufactures and sells branded and generic sterile products. He left JHP following the successful completion of the merger with Par Pharmaceutical. Prior to then, from June 2013 to September 2013, Mr. Wolff served as Chief Financial Officer of Research Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (RPS) a leading provider of disruptive and innovative outsourcing clinical development solutions present in over 60 countries worldwide. In this role, Mr. Wolff directed all financial, tax and treasury aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, financing, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures, and monitoring financial, tax and treasury performance. He left RPS following the successful completion of the merger with PRA International. Prior to RPS, Mr. Wolff spent over fifteen years with Catalent Pharma Solutions, a global leader in development solutions and advanced drug delivery technologies, providing world-wide clinical and commercial supply capabilities for drugs, biologics and consumer health products, where he held various global finance leadership and general management roles. In his last position at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Mr. Wolff served as Vice President Finance for the Softgel Technologies division, and Vice President and General Manager Softgel Technologies for Asia Pacific. Mr. Wolff also worked in public accounting from 1993 to 1998 at Arthur Andersen in France.
