Biography
Born in Mantua in 1959, Mr. Ferri graduated from Bologna University with a degree in Labour Law, and later specialised in Human Resources development at the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland (USA). On 1st April 2010 Mr. Ferri joined Saras as Human Resources Director. Prior to that, Mr. Ferri held various roles in several companies, including Vice President HR and Legal Department, and member of the Board of Directors for GlaxoSmithKline Italy, HR Director and Head of Strategic Development in Zambon Group (one of the largest Italian chemical and pharmaceutical company), and Chief Executive Officer in Z-Cube (Zambon's research and development incubator). Mr. Ferri was also a Board member of Faschim, the supplementary healthcare fund for the chemical industry, until April 2010. At the end of April 2011 Mr. Ferri was also appointed Sartec Chairman.
