Giampiero Spanedda

Biography

 Born in Cagliari on September 22, 1956, Mr. Spanedda graduated with a degree in philosophy. He joined the Company in 1979 and was appointed planning director in 2007. After a range of positions in the refinery plant operations, he has been working in the planning department since 1989, being responsible also of specific projects for the development of optimization&scheduling models and supply chain optimization. From 2002 to 2007 Mr. Spanedda was in charge of short term and medium term planning for refinery production, from 2007 to June 2010 was Planning Director. Moreover he was Quality Manager until June 2010. Since June 2010 he was appointed General Manager of Saras Energia and from the end of April 2011 Mr. Spanedda is Saras Energia CEO.
