Biography
He graduated in Law from the University of Milan and in 1990 he started his career in the chemical department of ENI's Legal Dept., dealing with environmental and administrative issues of production sites. In 1998 he started his career in IBM as Labor Law expert working in the Human Resources Head Office. Subsequently, he gained a diverse professional experience within the Group and achieved the position of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management Director. He left the company in 2007, when he started his career in SAVE.
